Product Description

The Turbosmart Gen-V Comp-Gate40 is a black external mechanical wastegate built for controlled boost management in turbocharged performance systems. This version uses a 40 mm valve size and a 7 psi spring pressure rating.

The Gen-V design focuses on flow, thermal management, and service flexibility. It uses a modular actuator layout, strap-type V-band clamps, and a unique collar-locking system to support cleaner setup and future actuator interchangeability.

Nitronic 60 valve guide hardware and a high-temp 347 stainless steel body support demanding boost-control environments. The package includes inlet and outlet flanges, V-band clamps, valve seat, vacuum fittings, and a limited 1 year warranty.
