Product Description

The Titan Fuel Tanks Travel Trekker 50 gal auxiliary diesel fuel system is a rectangular in-bed tank built from military-grade cross-linked polymer. It uses baffled construction to reduce fuel sloshing, has no welds to crack, and is shaped for full-size pickup beds where in-bed hitch and tonneau-cover clearance matter.

The system extends diesel range with 50 gallons of auxiliary capacity and transfers fuel by button through the TITAN Electronic Controller. Fuel is pumped from the top of the tank instead of using gravity flow, and the controller monitors auxiliary fuel level while stopping transfer automatically or when the button is pressed again.

Controller installation does not require cutting into the vehicle wiring harness. The system meets DOT and FMCSA Title 49 requirements, works with high-flow big-rig fuel nozzles, and includes the components and instructions needed for installation.
