Product Description

This Borgeson heavy-duty telescopic steel steering shaft is built for 2003-2008 Dodge Ram truck applications using two-joint systems. It connects the factory column to the steering box and uses a 3/4 in steel shaft with a needle bearing u-joint on one end and a vibration reducer/u-joint on the other.

The telescoping shaft accommodates 3 in aftermarket body lift kits and gives the truck a more solid steering connection. Borgeson notes that this assembly can deliver vastly improved steering characteristics in about an hour using common hand tools.

The shaft is made in the USA and backed by a limited 5 year or 50,000 mile warranty. It is a direct-fit steering upgrade for supported Ram 2500 and 3500 applications where the factory steering shaft has become loose, worn, or imprecise.
