Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be uninstalled, unused, and in original packaging. Programmers and calibration devices that have been paired to a vehicle are not eligible for return. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

The SCT BDX brings professional-grade engine tuning to any driveway. Load dyno-proven preloaded tunes developed by SCT's expert calibrators, or pull up to 20 custom tune files from any certified SCT dealer worldwide via WiFi CloudTune — no wires, no laptop required. The HD color display lets you monitor engine parameters in real time, and adjustable functions including timing, rev limiter, and wheel/tire calibration make the BDX a complete engine management device in one compact unit.

Beyond tuning, the BDX works as a full diagnostic tool — read and clear trouble codes without a dealership visit. Data logging captures session performance for playback in SCT's free LiveLink software, and DLX files can be sent via WiFi for deeper analysis. Whether you're chasing more power, better towing response, or just want to see what your engine is doing in real time, the BDX handles it all.

Installation & Documents

The BDX connects to your vehicle's OBD-II port — no professional installation required. Follow the on-screen prompts to select and apply your tune. To load custom tunes or update firmware via PC, use the SCT Device Updater software (Windows Vista/7/8/10 required — not Mac compatible). For CloudTune WiFi delivery, connect the device to WiFi and follow the in-device instructions. Your vehicle can be returned to stock settings at any time through the device menu.
