Product Description
The TCI 399754 is a black steel automatic transmission flexplate with a 168 tooth ring gear, internal balance, 6 bolt crankshaft circle, 1-piece rear main bearing application, 11-1/2 in converter bolt circle, and SFI 29.1 approval. It is built for applications requiring a neutral internally balanced flexplate with that converter pattern.
This flexplate uses A514 Blanchard ground steel and 0.140 in thickness for moderate to serious performance applications. The heavy-duty plate resists elongation and cracking, while welds on both sides of the starter ring help strengthen the ring gear area.
Precision balancing and runout checks support accuracy for a rotating drivetrain component. The 11-1/2 in converter bolt circle is the key differentiator versus similar TCI 168 tooth flexplates. Warranty coverage is limited to 30 days for racing use and 90 days for street or strip use.
