Product Description

The TCI 399273 is a black steel automatic transmission flexplate with a 168 tooth ring gear, internal balance, 6 bolt crankshaft circle, 2-piece rear main bearing application, and SFI 29.1 approval. It uses 10-1/2 in and 11-1/2 in torque converter bolt circles for applications that require those converter patterns.

This heavy-duty stamped Chevy-style flexplate is 0.035 in thicker than stock, with the starter ring welded to both sides for additional strength. High tensile strength material helps resist elongation and cracking, while the extra-thick construction is precision balanced and checked for runout.

The internally balanced setup and 2-piece rear main bearing fitment are the key differentiators versus similar TCI flexplates. It is intended for stock to mild performance applications where SFI approval, stronger material, and correct converter pattern matching matter. Warranty coverage is limited to 30 days for racing use and 90 days for street or strip use.
