The Anderson Composites Type-Z28 dry carbon fiber hood is a visual and functional exterior upgrade for the 2014-2015 Chevrolet Camaro. It replaces the factory body panel with a more aggressive aftermarket piece, giving the build a cleaner custom look while staying tied to vehicle-specific exterior geometry.

Anderson's vacuum infusion process controls resin flow through the mold, supporting consistent strength and a cleaner surface. The 3K 2x2 carbon fiber fabric gives the part a deep, high-gloss carbon appearance. The dry carbon construction uses a matte finish and a lightweight performance-oriented layup. The matte finish gives the panel a more purposeful dry-carbon appearance.

The hood vent is not included, so plan that component separately if your build requires it. Professional installation is required by because panel alignment, finishing, and hardware fit matter on composite exterior parts.
