Product Description

The TCI 278000 is a cast aluminum deep transmission pan for GM 4L80E and 4L85E applications. It adds 2 qt over OEM capacity and uses a natural silver cast aluminum body with cooling fins, a drain plug, filter, filter extension, gasket, and bolts.

Added fluid capacity and cooling fins help manage transmission heat, while the cast aluminum construction adds strength and rigidity to the transmission case. The pan is built to work with the stock dipstick, so the upgrade does not require dipstick modification.

The included magnetic drain plug improves service access, and the supplied pickup extension, pan gasket, and stainless steel installation hardware support a complete installation. This pan is Made in USA and carries limited racing and street or strip warranty coverage.
