Product Description

Mishimoto MMOC-MUS-79 is a direct-fit oil cooler kit for 1979-1993 Ford Mustang 5.0L Fox Body applications. It is intended for high-output NA, turbocharged, or supercharged Mustangs where under-hood heat can accelerate oil breakdown and engine wear.

A large 19-row oil cooler mounted in the front bumper area, preassembled lines, fittings, an oil sandwich plate, a vehicle-specific mounting bracket, and necessary hardware. Mishimoto also states the kit adds more than 0.5 qt to total oil capacity and can be installed in less than two hours. It is relevant for Fox Body builds where added power increases thermal load. That makes the upgrade especially practical.

This version is the silver non-thermostatic option for supported Fox Body Mustang 5.0L fitment.
