The TCI 529610 is a black steel automatic transmission flexplate with a 157 tooth ring gear, 50 oz external balance, 6 bolt crankshaft circle, 10-1/2 in torque converter bolt circle, and SFI 29.1 approval. It is balanced specifically for its Ford engine and transmission combination.
TCI stamped flexplates are built 0.035 in thicker than stock, with the starter ring welded to both sides for added strength. High tensile strength material helps resist elongation and cracking, while extra-thick construction is precision balanced and checked for runout.
This flexplate supports 1-piece and 2-piece rear main bearing applications where the listed 50 oz balance and 157 tooth ring gear are required.
