This Borgeson steel telescopic steering shaft is built for 1972-1975 Jeep CJ power steering. It replaces the factory steering shaft assembly in the supported application. The shaft combines telescopic design, precision needle-bearing u-joints to keep the steering link solid under normal driving and enthusiast use. It addresses the extra stress that body lifts and oversized tires can place on the original steering shaft.
