This Borgeson Saginaw power steering pump kit is built for Ford 289/302/351W power steering applications. The kit uses a self-contained Saginaw-style pump with a single-row V-belt pulley, mounting bracket, and hardware. Saginaw pumps are quieter than stock Ford pumps and are capable of generating more pressure and flow. The kit gives Ford V8 builds a cleaner pump upgrade path instead of mixing unrelated pump and bracket parts. The correct crank and water pump pulleys are required for power steering applications. An adapter fitting is needed when using original Ford hoses, and the kit is backed by a limited 3 year warranty.
