Built with 0.275 Inch uniform thick walls, BD's manifolds are 75 percent thicker than OEM to combat warping and cracking. BD's manifolds are painted to prevent rusting and include longer fasteners and spacers to reduce the stress on the fasteners. Plus, BD's manifolds outflow the factory manifolds by 10 percent.
