This BORLA® Hydroformed SwitchFire® X-Pipe assembly is designed to replace the Original Equipment (OE) resonator. Installation REQUIRES cutting the Original Equipment (OE) exhaust. Install it by itself, or combine with other BORLA® parts. By using Hydroforming in the manufacturing process we are able to have a lower profile on this part than a conventional SwitchFire® X-Pipe. Part is 33.2 inch Long x 7.1 inch Wide x 5-1/2 inch High. Inlets 2-1/4 inch OD, Outlets 2-1/2 inch ID, Outlets are angled outward slightly. Includes 2) 2-1/2 inch clamps. Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, BORLA®'S patented SwitchFire® design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance. The result is an aggressive custom sound and improved power. Built from premium T-304 stainless steel, superior to T-400 series (such as 409), to give you the absolute best in performance and durability. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow and power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit.
