Operation and Performance

Replacing the OE ball joint with the all-new, serviceable, and rebuildable ICON Delta Joint PRO allows for full bump and droop travel of the front suspension while eliminating bind. FK Rod End 3/4" Heim joints provide precise and smooth function throughout the range of travel while ICONs signature double adjuster sleeve allows for on-vehicle camber and caster adjustment. Equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps purchase part # 611071.

Construction and Design

Constructed of CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum utilizing a hybrid H-beam cross-section that is light-weight and resists bending forces better than tubular arms. FK Rod Ends at chassis pivots for strength and precision driving characteristics. CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum construction with satin anodized finish.

Protection and Durability

Built in O-ring sealed dust cover cap.

Care and Maintenance

Delta Joint PRO is 100% serviceable and rebuildable.

Installation and Setup

Will not work with factory installed electronically controlled suspension.

Requirements and Limitations

• OEM Wheels & Tires Fitment: Not compatible with all available OE wheel/tire combinations.
• TECH NOTE: Not compatible with models equipped with OnBoard Scales.
• TECH NOTE: Not compatible with F-150 Raptor.
• TECH NOTE: Compatible with 3.5-4.5" of front lift on all F-150 submodels except Raptor and Tremor with ICON Front Knuckle Kit Part # 94000.
• TECH NOTE: Compatible with 0-3" of front lift over stock on F-150 Tremor with OE steering knuckles.
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 34" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required).
