Product Description
The Bilstein 24-186629 is a front B6 Heavy-Duty shock for 2001–2004 Workhorse W20 and W22 chassis. It is intended for drivers who need additional damping reserve under frequent loads or trailer use while retaining street-oriented ride quality.
Construction and Setup
The yellow steel body uses eyelet mounts at both ends and a 1.81 in steel rod. Extended length is 26.89 in and compressed length is 16.67 in. Valving is non-adjustable, and the shock does not use a remote reservoir.
Requirements and Limitations
Installation hardware is not included. Local source fields disagree on whether a boot is supplied, so no boot claim is made here.
