Product Description
OEM specified. A permanent, high strength product that is applied to fasteners 3/8 Inch to 1 Inch (10 Millimeter to 25 Millimeter) in size before assembly. Designed for securing parts that must withstand heavy shock, vibration, or extreme chemical or environmental conditions. Localized heating and hand tools are required to separate parts. Conforms to ASTM D5363 AN0331 (Mil-S-46163A, Type II, Grade O).
Additional Details
- Permanent high strength anaerobic thread locking material, which cures between engaged threads to form a unitized assembly that resists virtually all leakage, shock and vibration.
- A single component, anaerobic liquid that cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces.
- Ideal for all 3/8 inch to 1 inch diameter nut and bolt assemblies.
- Excellent chemical resistance with a temperature resistance range of minus 175 degree celsius to plus 150 degree celsius (minus 65 degree fahrenheit to plus 300 degree fahrenheit).
- Prevents rusting of threads. cures without cracking or shrinking.
- Disassembly with heat and hand tools.
- 6 milliliter tube.
